What Is Herpes?

The virus herpes simplex causes rashes on the skin. Despite the fact that there are many different types of viruses of this family, they are all causes of injury or damage unique to that particular strain.

The herpes family is dominated by two strains in the main. The first is we discusss HSV 1 strain which affects the mouth both inside and outside.

The lesions that occur on this strain are similar to cold sores, herpes virus that causes genital herpes is a virus that is most virulent. It causes sores and blisters on the genitals and surrounding public areas, including the buttocks and anus.
